Albert Plummer Jr.

Plummer, Albert Jr. Age 82, of Elmira, NY, passed away very unexpectedly on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at home. Albert was born in Mims, FL on January 15, 1939 to the late Albert Plummer Sr. and Mary Anderson. He was predeceased by his son, Russell Plummer. Albert is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeanette Plummer and former wife, Lois Brown-Plummer; daughters, Arlene (Belden) Ferguson, Darlene Plummer, Evelyn Plummer, Kathleen (Larry) Heyward, Sharon Plummer, Melissa Howe and Mary Plummer; sons, Aubrey Plummer and Albert Plummer; brothers, Randy (Jacquelyn) Plummer and Willie Anderson; sisters, Karen Law, Peggy Johnson, Patricia Anderson and Thelma; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, February 23rd from 12 to 1 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place there at 1 p.m. with Rev. Johnny Vaughns officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Adhering to NYS regulation, all guest must wear mask and maintain social distancing at all time.
