Alfred "Ken" Shaw

Shaw, Alfred K. “Ken” Age 64, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on November 2, 1957 in Millville, NJ to the late Paul and Sarah (Porter) Shaw Sr. He was predeceased by his brothers, Robert, Paul and Harry “Buddy” Shaw and sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Michael Wilson. Ken is survived by his children, Reba (Omar Sconiers) Kingsbury, Linda (Robert) Dryer, Kenneth (Heather) Shaw, William (Jackee) Shaw, Jeremy (Jamie) Shaw, Steven (Luchana) Shaw and their mother, Helen Kingsbury, Benjamin Shaw, Jennifer Shaw and Katherine Shaw and their mother, Stacey Greendaye-Shaw; brother, Harvey Shaw; sisters, Paula Shaw, Donna Shaw, Dolly (Joe) Naida and Jacqueline (Keith) Myers; half-siblings, Fred Shaw and Georgia and April Welch; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Ken worked for Silverton Yachts in NJ constructing boats for many years. He loved Harley Davidsons and trains, but most of all he loved his family. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, February 5th at 4 pm at the American Legion Post# 443, 316 Lake St., Elmira, NY. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
