Ann Harkness

Harkness, Ann Age 80, of Pine Valley, NY, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Corning Hospital. She was born on February 12, 1940 to the late Rex and Celia (Burton) Peters. She was predeceased by her son, George Brockway, daughters, Tammy Peters and Susan Brockway, brothers, Rex Peters and Fred Peters and sisters, Adeline Ballard and Carolyn Bates. Ann is survived by her husband, David Harkness; children, Frank (Bonnie Poarch) Brockway, Tina (Wesley) Hoose, Joanne (Dale) Randall, Rex Peters and Kenny Harkness; brother, Daniel Peters; sister, Ruth Drislane; 23 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 11th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place there at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Adhering to NYS regulations, all guests must wear masks and maintain social distancing at all times.
