C. Leanne Kiser

Kiser, C. Leanne Age 88, 0f Horseheads, NY, passed away at home on Thursday, October 21, 2021. She was born in East Millsboro, PA on July 24, 1933 to the late Harry and Bessie Mae (Haney) Jay. Leanne was predeceased by her husband, Donald Kiser and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Fred Kiser and Susan (Allen) Proctor; sister, Regina (Vernon) Rearick; grandchildren, Robert Willson, Justin Kiser, Kristen (Phil) Bauman, Cassandra (Abriel) Thomas and Carly Kiser; 4 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. All services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
