Carl S. Jenkins Sr.

Jenkins, Carl S. Sr. Age 64, of Horseheads, NY, passed away very unexpectedly on Monday, January 25, 2021 at home. He was born on May 12, 1956 in Elmira, NY to the late Wallace and Lena (Bauman) Jenkins. Carl is survived by his wife, Donna (Dobell) Jenkins; children, Jamie (Justin Howe) Dobell, Carl Jenkins Jr., Kimberly Jenkins and Sissy (Mike Kleist) Jenkins; sisters, Elaine (Donald) Lilly and Patricia Matthews; brothers-in-law, James Dobell, Jim Vorhees, Kem Burgett and Charles Wheeler Sr.; 11 grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. He was the owner/bouncer at Beaner’s Alamo in Louisiana and then owner of Quality Masonry in Watkins Glen. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, January 30th from 11 am to 1 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place there at 1 pm with Father Scott Kubinski officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Adhering to NYS regulations, all guest must wear masks and maintain social distancing at all times.
