Charles J. Bacon

Bacon, Charles J. Age 71, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. He was born on October 17, 1947 in Elmira, NY to the late John and Orella (Lloyd) Bacon. Charles is survived by his brothers, Ed (Mary) Bacon of VA, Thomas Bacon of Elmira and John Bacon of GA; sisters, Theresa Olmstead of Horseheads and Betty Sturgill of Elmira; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins and many close friends. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, January 4th from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place there at 12:30 pm with Father Scott Kubinski officiating. Interment will follow in St. Peter & Paul’s Cemetery.
