Charles E. Scriven

Scriven, Charles E. Age 89, of Elmira Heights, NY, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the Corning Hospital. He was born on March 1, 1932 in Elmira, NY to the late Ralph and Mildred (Higgins) Scriven. He was predeceased by his son, Bruce Scriven and 3 sisters. Charles is survived by his children, Ricky Scriven of MI, Jackie Watts of MI and Jamie (Peter Perry) Cullen of Elmira Heights; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Charles was a longtime member of the IDMR in Elmira. It was Charles’s wish that no services be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
