Cindy J. Kinner

Cindy Kinner Age 56, of Lowman, was born on August 21, 1968 and passed away on February 5, 2025 after a courageous battle with ALS. Cindy was predeceased by her parents Hollis and Joyce Wiltise and brother Danny Joe. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Brett Kinner; daughter, Brandy Kinner; son, Joshua (Danielle) Kinner; grandchildren, Levi and Cole Kinner; sister, Shirley Scholtisek (nieces, Annie and Amanda); brother, Arthur Wiltsie (nephew Matthew) as well as many other nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends "mama Lois and Beth ". Cindy worked almost 30 years at Arnot Ogden and loved her job. Those who knew Cindy remember her as someone who loved shopping, going to rummage sales, cookouts, campfires and gardening. Cindy always made sure everyone else was taken care of and was always there even in her hardest times. She will be greatly and immensely missed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
