Connie Lee Manuel Rogers

Age 46, of Elmira, NY passed away on January 1, 2026 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira. Connie was born in Sayre, PA on December 14, 1979. She was the daughter of George and Rachel (Degrandmaison) Manuel. Connie was employed with Rynone Granite Manufacturing in Wavery, NY. She was a faithful Dallas Cowboys fan, loved the color of purple and cherished the beauty in butterflies. She was loved by so many people and will be missed dearly. Connie is survived by her husband of 10 years, Phillip Rogers; children, Jas and Zack Rice; parents, George and Rachel Manuel; sister, Kathy Manuel and her significant other, Ron Chandler; brother, Gus (Chrissy) Manuel; several other brothers and sisters; along with many nieces and nephews and friends. A celebration of Connie's life will be held later. Arrangements are with James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
