SCHROM, Donald L. Jr. “Joe” Age 59, of Elmira, NY passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022. Donald was born in Elmira on September 21, 1962, son of Donald Sr. and Margaret (Morgan) Schrom. Joe was predeceased by his mother Margaret “Peg.” Joe is survived by his father, Donald Sr.; sister, Linda (Stephen) Hughes and his brother, Bill (Marianne) Schrom and their families. A private service will be held for Joe at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. His family would like to thank all agencies that assisted with the care given to Joe.
