Franklin R. Brockway

Brockway, Franklin R. Age 64, of Athens, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 18, 2022 at home. He was born on November 11, 1957 in Geneva, NY to the late Franklin Brockway and Ann (Peters) Harkness. Frank was predeceased by his brother, George Brockway and sisters, Tammy Peters and Susan Brockway. He is survived by his long-time companion, Bonita Poarch; son, Robert Pettitt; step-father, David Harkness; brother, Kenneth (Kathy) Harkness; sisters, Tina Brockway Hoose and Joanne (Dale) Randall; step-son, Chance Poarch; grandchildren, Brayden Pettitt, Alissa Pettitt, Shelby Poarch, Bailey Poarch and Stormy Young; great-grandchildren, Ava Poarch and Faye Poarch; along with several nieces and nephews. Frank was an avid NASCAR fan. He sponsored race cars at the Chemung Speedrome and loved country music. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, March 23rd from 11 am to 1 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow there at 1 pm.
