George R. Shutt

Shutt, George R. Age 90, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. He was born in Williamsport, PA on July 19, 1931 to the late Claire and Erma Shutt. George is survived by his wife of 60+ years, Joyce (Dacey) Shutt; son, Terrance Shutt; granddaughters, Denise Crouthamel, Shannon (Mark Shores) Shutt and Amanda (Jesse) DeRico; along with many great and great-great grandchildren. George was a Veteran of the US Army and retired from Delmont Motor Express after many years of service. Services will take place at a later date in Woodlawn National Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
