Israel H. Cruz Jr.

Age 62, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on July 10, 1964, in Brooklyn, NY to the late Israel Cruz Sr. and Helen (Gruer) Court. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert Court and significant other, Tammy Squires. Israel is survived by his children, Anthony Cruz, Tyler Edwards, Jose Cruz and Jeremy Slater; sisters, Donna (Herb Smith Jr.) Vasquez and Doreen Castellano; granddaughter, Kenliee Wenrich; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, October 2nd from 12 to 1 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery
