Jack L. Rutter

RUTTER, Jack L. Age 79, of Elmira, NY passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Quality Life Services-Henry Clay Nursing Facility in Markleysburg, PA. Jack was born in Cassville, PA on April 8, 1943, son of the late George and Margaret (Lyter) Rutter. He was also predeceased by his sisters, Goldie, Betty, Ann, Violet and Mary; brothers, Clarence, McCullen, Robert, Tommy and Elmer. Jack retired from Elmira Heat Treating in Elmira after many years of service. He loved spending time with his wife and enjoyed the outdoors fishing and hunting. Jack is survived by his wife, Annette; along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, April 7th from 10 am to 12 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow there at 12pm.
