Jeffrey L. Ryan

RYAN, Jeffrey L. Age 73, of Horseheads, NY, formerly of Barton, NY passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on Friday, March 28, 2025. Jeff was born in Wilmington, DE on December 1, 1951, son of the late Paul and Marie (Short) Ryan. Jeff was also predeceased by his brother Phil Ryan. Jeff retired from Owens & Minor after 35 years of service. Jeff graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1970. Jeff and Sherri loved fishing in the Chesapeake, riding their Harley, four wheeling with kids and grandchildren on the hill and was an avid hunter. He will be so missed by those that knew him. He is survived by his longtime companion, Sherri and her children, Rob (Kathleen) and Melissa (Dan). Jeff’s children, Carol, Jeff Jr. and Lori; grandchildren, Morgan, Max, Maddie and Sylva; sister-in-law, Gene; nieces, Lindsay, Tori and Mia. It’s Jeff’s wish that no services be held for him. Donations in memory of Jeffrey can be made to St. Judes Children's Foundation, or a charity of one’s choice.
