Joseph C. Horton

Joseph C. Horton, Age 58, 0f Elmira, NY passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 at home with his loving family by his side. Joseph was born in Elmira on February 20, 1965, son of the late Kenneth and Ann (Sullivan) Horton. Joseph retired from Willard Correctional Facility after many years as correctional officer. He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; daughter, Lacey (Jared) Lewis; sons, Craig Church and Joseph Horton Jr.; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Cindy) Horton and David Horton; A celebration of Joseph's life will be held by the family at a later date.
