Julie R. Dallas

Age 51, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born on July 9, 1974, in Elmira, NY to the late James Walburn and Lynn DePrimo. She was predeceased by her twins, Sean and Rachael LaVigne. Julie is survived by her husband, James Dallas; children, Joyce (Travis) Ruiz, Sherri Patterson, Jessica (John) Allen, Aubrey Jade and Jason LaVigne; sisters, Tasha Walburn and Jamie Walburn; brother, James Walburn Jr.; stepmom, Maja-Lis Walburn; grandmother, Marjorie Walburn; aunt, Terry (David) Wheaton; grandchildren, Sydney Barnes, Brayden Fethers, Jacob Patterson and Alexander Allen; along with several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life  will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the American Legion, 316 lake Street, Elmira, NY. Please bring a dish to pass. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
