Lawrence R. Sr. “Mack” Mcbride

MCBRIDE, Lawrence R. Sr. “Mack” Age 79, of Elmira Heights, NY passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. Larry was born in Elmira, NY on October 25, 1937, son of the late Arthur and Dora (Titsworth) McBride Sr. Larry was also predeceased by his brother, Arthur McBride Jr... Larry served his county in the US Army during the Korean War and retired as a custodian from the Harrisburg College in Harrisburg, PA. He is survived by his sons, Larry (Lynn) McBride Jr. of Elmira and Stephen (Martin Schafer) McBride of Syracuse, NY; grandchildren, Logan McBride and Britney MacDuffie; great grandson, Donovan MacDuffie; brother, William (Linda) Taft; uncles, Donald (Rae) Burlew and Boyd Titsworth, along with extended family members. Military honor service will take place in the Bath National Cemetery in Bath, NY at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
