Leonard H. Mahood

Mahood, Leonard H. Age 75, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at the Bath VA Medical Center. He was born on October 25, 1945 to the late Willis and Dorothy Mahood. He was predeceased by his son, Leonard Mahood Jr. Leonard is survived by his wife, Marian Mahood; sons, Joseph, James and Jeffrey Mahood; sister, Janice; brother-in-law, Vernon VanSickle; sisters-in-law, Linda Turner, Barbara Rorick and Caroline Benjamin; 9 grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews and close friends. Leonard was a veteran of the US Army and loved fishing and hunting. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, March 25th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place there at 12 p.m. Interment will be held privately in Bath National Cemetery with full military honors.
