Linda P. Issing

Issing, Linda P. Age 81, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born on July 26, 1942 in Mt. Vernon, NY to the late Einar and Florence (Rudge) Sorenson. Linda was predeceased by her husband Walter Issing, brothers, Edward and Charles Sorenson and sister, Dorothy Maciewski. She is survived by her son, Eric Issing; daughter, Susan Issing with her fiancé, Frank Royce; close friends, Butch Cornwell, Jennifer Stirpe and Bill Parks. It was Linda’s wish that no services be held. Interment will take place in Woodlawn National Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
