Age 50, of Horseheads, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 6, 2020. She was born on February 26, 1970 in Elmira, NY to the late Edward and Dorothy (Kelsey) Hamilton Sr. Loretta is survived by her son, Brandon (Cynthia Toth) Johnson of Horseheads; fiancé, Wilbert Randolph of Horseheads; brother, Edward Hamilton Jr. of VA; sisters, Barbara McCoy of Elmira; Kimberly (Jeff) Wilson of VA and Tammy (Ryan Lantz) Paul of Elmira; along with several nieces and nephews and her Outback Steakhouse family. Services for Loretta will be held at a later date.
