Marilyn A. Edwards

Edwards, Marilyn A. “Sis” Age 78, of Elmira, NY passed away peacefully on Friday, March 14, 2025. Marilyn was born in Elmira on June 14, 1946, daughter of the late Merril and Geraldine (Bucy) Van Houten. Marilyn was also predeceased by her husband, Harry in 2024 and her brother, Merril G. “Sonny” Van Houten Marilyn will be missed dearly by those that knew her. Marilyn is survived by her sons, Harry Jr. (Jill) Edwards and Scott Edwards; grandchildren, Daniel and Ryan Edwards and Isaiah Letourneau; sister-in- law, Virginia Van Houten; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Marilyn on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 2pm in the North Presbyterian Church in Elmira. Internment will take place in Fitzsimmons Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations to North Presbyterian Church and/ Or Woodbrook Assisted Living Facility.
