Marjorie Ann Rice

Age 82, of Elmira, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 14, 2026. She was born on June 28, 1943, to the late Francis and Marjorie Quimby. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Larry Rice; three sons, James, Frederick and Charles; daughter, Mary; sister, Diana and son-in-law, Ricky Hall. Marjorie lived a life filled with love, faith and devotion to her family and the Lord. A high school graduate, Marjorie cherished her time spent with loved ones and found joy in music, gardening and caring for animals. Her unwavering faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and bringing comfort to those around her. Marjorie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Tebo-Mann and Butch Mann; grandchildren, Brian VanDyke, Greg VanDyke, Latisha Hall, Casandra Hall and Tashell Hall; along with many great-grandchildren. Her family will honor her memory with a celebration of life at a later date in July. Marjorie’s legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
