Maureen F. Spaziani

Maureen Frances Spaziani, 67, of Horseheads, New York, passed away on Tuesday, February 28th. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Rita Armstrong. She is survived by her sister, Eileen Tracy, and her brother, Patrick Armstrong, as well as her nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her daughters, Lisa Spaziani Stone and Heather (Ronald) Macomber and her five grandchildren, Cameron, Courtney, Kenny, Kylie, and Jacoby. Maureen had a passion for nursing and taking care of others. For over twenty years, she worked as a registered nurse. Since their passing, Maureen missed her parents terribly after devoting many, many hours to their care and well-being when they needed it the most. The thought that she has been reunited with them comes as a great relief. Maureen loved her family and she adored her grandchildren and little dog, Coco. She enjoyed gardening in her spare time, often growing an assortment of flowers and vegetables for her loved ones to enjoy. Additionally, she enjoyed cooking lavish dinnertime meals and baking homemade desserts, many times from scratch. A mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 8th at 10am at St. Mary's Church in Horseheads. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lollypop Farm at give.lollypop.org.
