Norma J. Cook

Cook, Norma J. Age 79, of Elmira, passed away after an extended illness on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Corning Hospital. She was born on March 4, 1943 to the late Stephen and Rosie (Benjamin) Johnson. Norma was predeceased by several sisters and brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Penny (Dennis) Matthews; grandchildren, Erica (Justin) Warrick and Tyler Matthews; great-grandchildren, Connor, Coltin and Cara Warrick; 2 brothers and 1 sister; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, October 20th from 2 to 4 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow there at 4 pm. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in Tioga Point Cemetery.
