Patricia J. Vanslyke

VanSlyke, Patricia Born on July 22, 1951, the beloved wife of Lee VanSlyke, passed away at home after a courageous battle with Liver Cancer. Survivors include her daughters, Lynda VanSlyke and Dina Overbey; granddaughter, Danielle VanSlyke; great-granddaughter, Dilyn Brewer; sisters, Judy (David) Noteboom and Eleanor (Frank) Parker; brother, Santo (Bev) Polizzi; sisters-in-law, Nadine (Charles) Freer and family, Mary Lou (Frank) Berardi and Kathleen Warncke and family; nieces, Carolyn Martone, Joan Shultz and Bernadette Raupers, along with many other nieces and nephews. Pat was involved in the 4-H Rabbit Program in Chemung County and Ulster County. Pat and her family moved to the Erin area about 10 years ago. Memorial donations can be made in Pat’s name to the Chemung County 4-H Rabbit Program, 425 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY 14904 or CareFirst.
