Paul A. Shaw Jr.

Shaw, Paul A. Jr. Age 70, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on August 2, 1951 in Millville, NJ to the late Paul and Sarah (Porter) Shaw Sr. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Robert Shaw, brother, Harry “Buddy” Shaw and sister, Shirley Wilson. Paul is survived by his sons, Paul (Melanie) Shaw III of NYC and Tony (Kandis) Shaw of NJ; brothers, Kenny Shaw of Elmira and Harvey Shaw of NJ; sisters, Paula Shaw, Donna Shaw, Dolly (Joe) Naida and Jacqueline (Keith) Myers all of Elmira; half-siblings, Fred Shaw and Georgia and April Welch; grandchildren, Carly Shaw, Rebekah Shaw, Kennedy Shaw and Riley Shaw; along with several nieces and nephews. Paul was a veteran of the US Marine Corp. Family and friends are invited to attend committal services for Paul with full military honors on Tuesday, September 28th at 3 pm in Woodlawn National Cemetery. A celebration of Paul’s life will follow at the American Legion Post# 443 on Lake Street. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
