Philip M. Brown

Brown, Philip M. Age 74, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Elcor Health Services. He was born in Elmira, NY to the late John and Geraldine (Bergan) Brown Jr. He was predeceased by his brother, Gerald Brown and sisters, Ann Cox, Frances Janeski and Karen VanHouten. Philip is survived by his brother, Jack Brown; along with several nieces and nephews. All services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
