Philip A. Tangorre

“Tony”

Age 95, of Horseheads, NY, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on December 6, 1930, in Elmira, NY to the late Salvatore and Antoinette Tangorre. Tony was predeceased by his wife, Angeline Tangorre, son, Paul Tangorre and brothers, Vito, Phillip and Frank Tangorre. He is survived by his son, Ronald Tangorre; daughter, Mary Tangorre; sisters, Mary Liquori and Connie (Paul) Laprade; 5 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Tony was a veteran of the US Army and retired from Elm Chevrolet after many years of service. Services for Tony will be private to the family and interment will take place in St. Mary Our Mother Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
