Son of Cameron Clare and Anna Elizabeth (Moses) Keagle. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Bernice Caroline (Freeman) Keagle, brother, John Charles Keagle, sister, Nancy O’Shaunessy, and daughter Karen Bea Sweet-Axley. He is survived by his son Charles Christian (Rebecca J.) Keagle in Coudersport , PA, daughter, Karol Ann Keagle in Prattsburgh, NY, and grandchildren, Nicholas (Clay Nolan) Keagle, Elizabeth Barney, Erik Sweet, Richard (Ashley Fumanti) Keagle, Daniel (Megan Yannotti) Barney, Laura (Thomas) Stone, Chris (McKenna Tones) Hively, Jordan Sweet and Damon Axley and great grandchildren Jackson Keagle, Adalynn Keagle, Emma Sweet, Stella Sweet, Iris Barney and Reenley Barney. Larry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and had spent most of his life in Elmira, NY as a Sales Manager for various car dealerships. Through his life he enjoyed fishing, horse racing, football, soccer and playing cards or board games with friends and relatives. He always celebrated new additions to the family and made sure to add them to his birthday list, which he used to diligently send a birthday card in advance of their birthday. He will be missed and remembered for his devotion, friendship, generosity and great sense of humor. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Sunday, February 1st at 12 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home, with Pastor Don Caskey officiating. Interment will take place in Union Cemetery, Liberty , PA at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project or the ASPCA.
