Robert C. Costley Sr.

Costley, Robert C. Sr. Age 90, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. He was born in Elmira, NY on November 9, 1931 to the late Archie and Agnes (Shalbom) Costley. Robert was predeceased by his wife, Ruth, daughters, Katherine, June Eva, Debra and Lynn; daughter-in-law, Barb, son-in-law, Raymond, brother, Donald and sister, Marie. He is survived by his children, Robert Costley Jr., Timothy (JoAnn) Costley and Penny Martin; brothers, David (Linda) Costley and Jerome (Ginny) Costley; sister, Katherine Bury; brother-in-law, Richard (Carol) Kelsey and sister-in-law, Sue Kelsey; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 5 great great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Family is invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, February 11th at 11:30 am in Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
