Robert P. Sr. Rice

RICE, Robert P. Age 84, of Elmira, NY passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira. He was born in Elmira, son of the late George and Minnie (Burdick) Rice. He was also predeceased by his daughter, Minnie and son, Robert Jr, along with several siblings. Robert served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Gladys; daughter, Jean (William) Curkendall; son Thomas (Pam) Rice; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services for Robert on Tuesday, September 12th at 1 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery with military honors.
