Ryan Charles Palmer

Age 28, of Elmira, NY passed away with his family by his side on September 27, 2022 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira. Ryan was born in Elmira on November 5, 1993. Ryan enjoyed working as a chef in the Elmira area for several local food services, along with landscaping work. Ryan is survived by his mother, Betty (Tadder) Woodruff; dad, Craig M. Woodruff; daughters, Aubrey and Alainna Palmer; sisters, Cheridy L. (John) Burleson, Mackenzie Palmer and Kristina Rae Palmer; brothers, Craig L. Woodruff and Michael C. Woodruff; paternal grandmother, Connie Palmer; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ryan is predeceased by his father, Scott W. Palmer, brother, Brett L. Woodruff, maternal grandparents, Marion J.C. and Mary Jane Tadder, paternal grandparents, Richard Palmer, Arlene Woodruff and Glenn Snyder. Ryan was a loving and caring young man. He was known to be a brother to many. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He was a listening ear and shoulder to lean on for anyone in need. His daughters, Aubrey and Alainna were his whole heart and soul. Ryan was an avid motorcycle rider, along with repairing them. He had a love for making special designs. A celebration of life will be celebrated at a later date to be announced by the family.
