Age 62, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025. She was born in Elmira, NY on October 22, 1963, to the late Glyn and Ethel Wilcox Sr. Sylvia was predeceased by her brother, Glyn Wilcox Jr. and sister, Marion Lewis. She is survived by her children, Marilyn (Dennis) Ross, Jill Kingsbury and Ernest Kingsbury III; grandchildren, Cameron Davis, Brandon Ross, Kayden Wandella and Ameri Kingsbury; close friend, Tina Faucett; along with several nieces and nephew. Private services for Sylvia will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
