Tacara "Theo" Ortiz

ORTIZ, Tacara “Theo” Age 22, of Elmira, NY passed away on October 2, 2021. Theo was born on June 12, 1999 in Elmira, NY daughter of Terrace Johnson and Howard Ortiz. She is survived by her parents, both of Elmira; sister, Tiffanee Jacob of Seattle, WA and grandparents, Luke and Sue Moss. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Theo on Thursday, October 14th at 5 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
