Tinia M. Dennison

DENNISON, Tinia M. Age 62, of Elmira, NY passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 with her loving family by her side. Tinia was born in Sayre, Pa on March 8, 1961, daughter of William and Mary (Nichols) Walmsley. Tinia retired from Tops Supermarket in Elmira after 34 years of service. She loved gardening and enjoyed wildlife, along with feeding birds. Tinia is survived by her husband, Gary “Pete” Dennison; daughter’s, Shannon ( Aaron) Roberts and Arin (Eric Troccia) Dennison; sons, Skeeter Rice, Josh (Tabatha Bauman) Dennison and Brandon Dennison. 18 grandchildren; mother, Mary Walmsley; sisters, Debbie Walmsley, Cindy (Jerry) Townsand, Becky (Mark) Williams and Barbie (Andy) Forrest; family pooch, Bella; Tinia is predeceased by her daughter, Barbeck Rice and her father, William Walmsley. Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 11 am to 1pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Jermey Cranmer officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
