Torsten H. Snell

Snell, Torsten H. “Hokan” Age 80, of Horseheads, NY, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on May 26, 1937 in Finland. Hokan is survived by his wife of 48 years, Glady Snell; children, Sharon Mausteller, Paul (Sharon) Bennett, David (Linda) Bennett, Joseph (Barbara) Bennett and Marilyn Hefner; 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Hokan was a former glass glazier. He worked for Elmira Floral and then owned and operated Snell Tree Service. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, July 22nd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow there at 12 p.m. with Pastor Patrick Neyman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Full Gospel Church of Catlin.
