Virginia A. Elliott

ELLIOTT, Virginia A. Age 85, of Horseheads, NY passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility in Elmira, NY. Virginia was born in North Chemung, NY, daughter of the late Frederick and Lena (Olin) Allen. Virginia was also predeceased by her husband, Lewis Elliott in 2013. Virginia is survived by her children, Cindy Gill, Wendy (Ronald) Collins, Allen (Anita) Elliott and Missy (Paul) McDonald; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; sister, Cheryl (Richard) Daniels; many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 4pm to 6pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 6pm. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in Maple Grove Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Virginia can be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620.
