Tillotson, Wanda E. Age 79, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021. She was born in Elmira, NY on September 19, 1942. Wanda is survived by her children, Paul (Rebecca) Tillotson of Elmira, Alfred Mower of Elmira, Christina Mower Mackey of Clifton, CO, Sharon (Sonny) Mower White of Forsyth, MO and James (Keisha) Mower of De Beque, CO; brother, Robert (Robin) Keyser of Phenix City, AL; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life for Wanda will be held on June 25th at Harris Hill. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
