William L. Curkendall Jr.

Curkendall, William L. Jr. Age 58, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Saturday, January22, 2022 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on June 6, 1963 in Ithaca, NY to the late William and Jean (Haynes) Curkendall Sr. William was predeceased by his brother, Christopher Curkendall and sister, Crystal Curkendall. He is survived by his long-time companion, Jean Shelley; sons, Alan (Carrie) Curkendall and Tony Curkendall; daughter, Tasha Curkendall (Tony); step-children, Anthony Shelley and Amber Shelley; sisters, Billie (Charles) Giggee, Carmen Curkendall, Tina Curkendall and Pauline Curkendall; grandchildren, Jake, Quinton, Hailey, Bradley, Talon, Braelynn, Octavia, AJ, Rosie and Christopher Jr.; along with several nieces, nephews and friends. William was an avid NY Giants fan. He loved watching NASCAR with his favorite driver being Jimmie Johnson and going fishing. Services will take place at a later date.
